Here at the Wren's Nest Online we are very concerned with
privacy. We are not about to compromise the
privacy of our valued customers.
There
are a few places on the site where customer names are shown, and
there may be other testimonial or similar pages that contain customer
names or initials; in all
cases this is done only with prior permission of the customer.
Unless
you have given us express permission to use your name or initials in a
testimonial or similar
situation, you can be assured of the following:

name, address, phone number, email address, and any other personal
information is kept private.
- Credit
card numbers are never stored on our site.
- All mailing lists and
other files containing customer data are kept in restricted-access
directories.
Payment
At
this time we offer only one payment option, PayPal. You can
use PayPal whether or not you have an existing PayPal account. Even
without a PayPal account
you can use it to send payment via any major credit card. For more

The Wren's Nest
Online is not privy to your payment account information. We do
not see
your credit card numbers or any other sensitive account information so
you can order with confidence knowing that your credit card information
will be safe. We route your order through PayPal, and we receive
the information needed to complete the processing of your order from
the PayPal when your
payment is complete.
We do not
divulge your personal information to anyone.
Shipping
Items
are shipped as soon as the product is packaged and ready. We generally
ship once a week on Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We
will email you after receiving your order to let you know what day it
will ship, and when you can expect delivery. If you need a rush order,
please e-mail us so
we can see how we can get your items to you a little sooner.
Return Policy
Although
we've never had a return at The
Wren's Nest Online, we do offer a return policy following these
steps:
- Refunds may
be requested within 21 days of purchase.
- Email us
with your refund request and reason for the refund. We will respond via
email with an approval and shipping information as appropriate.
- Carefully
re-pack the merchandise using the original packaging materials. Please
note that returned items not in original condition are non-refundable.
- Ship via
prepaid and insured mail. Packages sent C.O.D. will not be accepted. The Wren's Nest Online is not
responsible for customer returns that are not received.
- After the returned
merchandise has been received in its original condition, we will issue
a refund for the full purchase amount and notify you by email. (Please
note: shipping charges are not included.)
